All deposits are Non-Refundable. Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service and must be utilized within 6 months of the original booking date.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance for services, treatments, or products.

A 10-minute grace period is extended for all appointments. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of our client schedule.

Each appointment is permitted 1 reschedule only. This is to ensure fair and timely access to the schedule for all clients.

All reschedules and cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
